Questions on bipolar disorder.?

What are the prevelance rates, etiology, features/symptoms, specifiers, specific age/culture/gender features, course (how does it start), co-inorbidity/relation to other disorders, axis placement, brief history, category, and treatment. Please help! Anyone know the answers to all the questions?
