Are there clubs for collectors of Carnival and Depression Glass?

I’ve been collecting this piece meal for several years and need help in identification as well as classification. Been to the library and Barnes and Noble, but even published material doesn’t explain the nuances that I find in pattern differences.

Go to ebay and post your question on their boards. There are various collector groups and they are usually quite helpful when you have a question.
