I suffer from:
Bipolar/Manic-depression.
While the two are very different, the symptoms are very similar. The two are often confused.
Bipolar disease are extreme mood swings cause by an imbalance in the brain.
Manic-Depression is well, as it sounds. First is the mania phase. Usually a person who is in the mania phase has a heightened self-esteem, impulsive (when usually not), has their creative juices pumping, does crazy stuff (usually can’t Control themselves) like jump on cars. Typically, they don’t sleep during this phase, they have too much energy.
But during the depressive phase, it is the opposite. Most have absolutely no energy. Cannot move, cannot get out of bed. Mundane tasks are very difficult to do (like getting dressed is a chore), most typically sleep all day.
I think I have the Maniac rather than the Bi Polar one.

What’s your favorite color?
depression =(
Depression, in my opinion, is one of the worst because you cannot see a way out. It is like a dark room where you cannot find the door, no matter where you crawl or search. You feel hopeless and have no energy.
Some common signs of depression are:
Lose/increase in appetite,
Lose of interest in activities you used to enjoy.
Feels hopeless about life and future.
Is sometimes suicidal.
